Honda were only out by two laps and if they hadn't have had their coming together I'd have still put money on the kid getting the better of Rossi.

Honda clearly knew that if they'd gone extra hard they would have been nowhere so it's not as though there was a choice.

Oh, I'm not so sure. Rossi has some history of shutting the door by leaning on folks. He's not always quite as clean you you might think.
Whatever is needed...  ;D

I'll no doubt find out all the gory details when we get to Jerez it would be great fun to go into a lot more detail but that's way beyond my pay grade.

I think this sums it up perfectly - made me laugh out loud:

https://motomatters.com/analysis/2015/04/20/2015_argentina_motogp_post_race_round_up.html

"To use a metaphor, Marc Márquez is likely to be found with matches in his hands standing next to the ashes of a burning vehicle. Rossi always makes sure that someone else is holding the matches when a vehicle burns down, whether or not he had a hand in lighting the fire."

Motomatters is a superb site, by the way - well worth tipping him a tenner to keep it going.

Seems a little like the pot and the kettle.

Marquy lost his little rag and tried to ride through the GOAT.

Brian (who thinks someone should tell him that when front tyre meets rear tyre, the front rarely comes off best)

What ever it has all the makings of one of the great seasons.

As for Moto Matters he's a really interesting guy good to talk to and some of info is very good indeed  :o,he's actually based in Holland been married to a Dutch girl for some years what makes him really unusual he doesn't own a car rides around 12 months of the year on a GS when I met him he's just swapped from an 1150 to a 1200.
