Just seen this on Visor Down, I haven't read past the title yet but my first question would be, if it's uncuttable how do you make stuff from it  ;D

Trust you to spoil the fun, but a some point in the manufacturing process it gonna have to be cut  ???

If you see how it works, then a plasma cutter would eat it for breakfast ans even a decent gas torch should get through it. But you're right, getting a machined finish would be interesting... 8)

Someone will buy the patent and we'll never see it again; remember self-sealing tyres in the early '70's? Patent bought out by Dunlop who were just introducing the Denovo run-flat wheel and tyre combo...
