Get a couple of bikes and park them either side of the cars. Make sure the alarms are set and are in gear and wait with a video camera ready to go.

Take his wiper blades off and slip em up his exhaust pipe
Then, cut his valve stem rubbers! A mere £4 worth of damage but four wheels and tyres removed is a big job!!! Don't ask how I know!

I recall complaining to Camden council about a car (resident) parking in an m/c bay which meant no m/c could park. They came out and ticketed the individual because he was parked illegally
