Well done for persevering, and well done to Cotswold for doing the right thing.
Everybody happy.

Thanks for the feedback. It makes me even more comfortable to continue to use Cotswold Motorrad.

Good to hear of the excellent outcome.

I've no complaints but only used them once, but prior to that I had heard nothing but bad reports.

My postie who bought his R9T from them new and couldn't get a simple thing fixed. Promised to call back and never did.
Same guy and his mate went in for a coffee and a nose on a quiet weekday. No one spoke to them or showed any interest. I have that same complaint about every BM dealer I have ever been to; Vines, Bahnstormer, North Oxford, Cotswold. Mind, my local Yamaha and Suzuki dealer in Newbury was the same. I could spend an hour wandering around all the bikes for sale (new and pre-abused) right under the noses of the two salespersons (sheherhimherwethem) and never as much as a flicker of recognition of a potential customer.
