thanks, but the issue was when they warmed up - ive fit the 'new' sensor and idled without it cutting out - going to work on it at the weekend so can  test my theory :)

Ok took it out today on way to work , a 2 hour run and not a sniff of cutting out so it appears to have been fixed - thanks for the suggestions
