Hello
« on: September 17, 2016, 10:42:55 am »
I've recently bought my third K-bike - a K1600GT-SE.   I previously owned a K1200RS, and up until recently a K1200GT-SE.

Looking forward to reading a bit more about the ups, downs, goods, and bads of everyone's Ks - hopefully more ups and goods than downs and bads.

Hi Quinten and welcome to the madhouse that is EuroKClub  ;D

You will find all the ups, downs, goods and bads in here somewhere, mostly to do with the K12/13 models but a fair few K16 owners in here too. If you've come from a K12 then you presumably know most of the downs and bads  8)

Brian (who knows nearly all the bads and lots of the goods but being an eejit he thinks even the downs are ups  :o )

Ha!  Both my K12s - the flying brick a few years ago and the more recent GT - have been excellent.  Aside from a small fire on the K12RS (!) which was really caused by user error, I never had a problem.  I'm hoping the newer K16 will be the same.

Hello and welcome, the good news is that apart fm some issues (Ball joints and in specific s/n models the gear box) all in the first edition there are no complains about that bike.

Welcome Quinten. Your new bike looks good. ;)

As I have grown older, I've learned that pleasing everybody is impossible, but pissing everyone off is a piece of cake.
