DRL or low beam always on is a requirement to USA, as always manufactures made it a standard feature to follow their regulation. EU countries are left to made their own legislations. UK has this 2010 still valid.
To me the side shrrodie led on new emblems  lights do add all that needed , closely followed by bike vis bullet type. Having said that i understand those who prefer to fit huge fog lights if they live in UK.........
