Yeah, no problems. Understand being the furthest away from anything.
Think it about it. Would actually settle for 40 quid to anybody om the forum.

If anybody up in the North east fancies it, give me a shout before i try ebay etc.

As you know i am still waiting for the new S1000XR to be delivered and without a bike at present as just traded my K1300S as Lockdown hit us?? What can i say.
Anyways, i have a Constands side stand on wheels for sale. Was thinking about 50 quid or something like that.
Pics attached. Obviously have to be somebody in North East as would cost more to deliver.

K1200 / K1300 Forum / Re: New Fairing Motorsport
« on: January 15, 2020, 08:20:39 pm »
Thought id let you all know. Following recommendation i put fairing in for repair a t a local body shop in Ellon. Can only say what a brilliant job and time taken to spray and bring fairing back to original condition. Brilliant work and would recommend to anybody. Neil at Ellon Auto Body very helpful and went out of his way to get correct decals etc. Cracking job and a not so wallet destroying at £325. Will post pic when back onshore.

Is there a S1000XR forum. Taken the plunge and ordered mine for March. Will see how BMW deliver on this new bike. Will still be visiting to see what your all up to.

Hi guys,
Appreciate the help here. Although still not sure how you managed to get pics, lol.
As for price, this was based on BMW dealer advice and achieving best price. However fairly simple plan based on what i have left outstanding and based on time of year. I would certainly be open to offers as long as above the £10k and not a lot above really. Probably put on auto trader at £10500 and hope around £10250 (dont tell anybody though)
Will have to check the levers when i get home as was going to swap over when i put on auto trader??
Once again thanks for the help.

Good evening,
Following some deliberation and have been riding the K1300s for about 5 years now. I have decided to give the S100XR a chance to win me over and ordered 2020 model last week. Therefore i have a 16 plate Motorsport K1300s for sale. Thought i would post on the forum to give any of you guys first refusal??
Full service history with 15750 miles. Panniers etc and in perfect condition. Been advised to try £10750 but open to offers. Can put some pics up if required and or PM me direct.

K1200 / K1300 Forum / Bike damage following drop
« on: October 23, 2019, 11:10:09 am »
Morning gents, totally gutted this morning. Following years of commute to same place. Got off bike, side stand down in same place as usual. However moved forward and bike toppled over.
Now looking for gear lever, foot peg, bar end. Not to mention anywhere i can get fairing repaired. No cracks etc so lucky in that respect.
Carried out a check and all seem fine. However any other recommendations or advice.  :( :( :(

Amazing how quickly i managed to lift bike up without hurting myself.

Cracking route and hoping to do similar in Sept.
My only advice would be the following. Instead of the A9(boring dual carriage way and Average speed cameras, not to mention road works). At Inverness, continue to Nairn( keep going through Nairn past garage on left. 100 yards up road there are traffic lights. Turn right and jump on the A939 to Grantown on Spey. You wont regret it. Amazing twisting road with some long undulating straights. Stop in Square at Grantown and go into Bakers for a cracking sandwich or dinner time pie and chips.

For Sale / Wanted / Re: Wanted: K1200S/1300S expandable tank bag

Must agree with Flatfour, never had any issues in the rain. Especially with the large bag. Never found any issue with water proof covers.
As long as tightened correctly.

My preference would be the SW MOTECH ring tank bags. Easy to take off and on. No daft straps etc. use my small daily for commute and got an expandable one for longer trips. Had these for about 6 years now and find them great and can hold so much stuff.
