I have this to do on my GT soon Brian, did you manage to do it with the rad still in place as I REALLY don't want to take it off and from what I recall there maybe just enough access?

BTW I've heard that the exhaust cat can get blocked too which forces more pressure on a week manifold too.

ISTR the K44 12's all use the same manifold and the K13GT uses the same but the K13 R or S use a different one because there's a powervalve in the pipe

Those who frequent Boxertrix as well as here know we have a Welsh Weekend Rideout every year, this year is as usual based at the Wild Pheasant Hotel, Llangollen (Dinner, Bed & Breakfast for a very reasonable £54.95 pppn sharing a double room) the weekend is Friday the 24th April to Sunday 26th. I mention it here because some maybe concerned they've not got boxer twins ... there's a fair mix of BMW's nowadays, and some none BMW's turn up too For example last year I used my KGT, this year I may use the BoxerCup but probably will use the F800GS
