I was going to say 3 might be different as they are really the only operator offering roaming in the USA which uses your normal allowance, which in that case they would stop tethering. But since the EU roaming charges being dropped 3 have fallen inline with the other networks.

Yeah tethering by wifi or bluetooth, it's the using your phone for other device data that they look for and moan at if you don't have tethering.  But yay glad it's working Rae!
