Hi All
« on: April 06, 2022, 09:40:15 pm »
Hi everyone,

Just a quick note to introduce myself. I'm Rob Sutton and hail from Southport on the west coast of the UK. I just got a K1300S Anniversary and am getting to know it now. It's my 1st BMW and I'm smitten with it so far.

All the best
Cheers, Rob

Welcome Rob - nice to have you here.

Tell us how you get on with it once you've had a bit of a play (and in comparison with previous bikes - it's always interesting to see how people find them).

If you have any questions, feel free to ask - but have a quick search of the forum first, of course, since it may well have been answered before.

Lastly, challenge yourself by posting a pic of said steed! Here's your guide:

Welcome Rob.
As I have grown older, I've learned that pleasing everybody is impossible, but pissing everyone off is a piece of cake.

Hi Rob and welcome to the madhouse that is EuroKClub!

Many happy and tiring childhood days spent on Southport beach trying to find the sea. And then trying to beat it back to mum and dad once it was found...

VERY shallow angled beach, a bit like Morecambe Bay further up the coast without the Chinese winkle pickers or the mud to stick them in.

About one inch rise in tide equals about 300 metres run which is very far for little legs and that was before they invented metres.

Another saying welcome to the madhouse....

Being luck or judgement you’ve Picked a good first BM cuz by the time they got to the tail end of the 1300 BM had made all their mistakes.
