The original and best FJ1200

Bought in 1990. I'd wanted one ever since I saw it in MCN about 1984 or so. Went on honeymoon on it, went everywhere. Uprated rear shock, fork springs, R1 brakes, braided lines, oversize oil cooler, scott oiler, K&N filter, flip up screen. Eventually it just got past the point of no return too many minor issues, and it was traded for the FJ100 1300 Tourer

Nice! I always liked the FJ. Went to the IoM on my mate's FJ100 pillion; he needed someone with long legs to hold it up when he stopped  :(

It was, as one can imagine, a bit of a handful two-up on Mad Sunday  ::)
