Ah thanks Rae, I think it's working now... I think it's my machine and the front USB3 ports acting up. Rear one used and it's going now :).

One other thing to note Mat is the use of a "Data" lead and not a charging only lead.

Ok, first impressions now I got my machine issue sorted:

Amazing! Sound is so much louder than the cheapy thing I had before (something like this).

Loud and clear. I'm too tired to go for a ride but I reckon it's a winner :).

Thanks Rae for recommending :).

Oh, last question: Any point in any of the mobile apps they have?

Yes, the mobile app for the 20S Evo makes life a lot easier to adjust settings and super easy to set up groups.
The Sena channel on Youtube is very good too

No Matt, Ride Connected is a data based mobile to mobile connection app recieved through the headsets, so you can talk to another Sena user anywhere on the planet, it's rubbish, well it was rubbish when Brian and I tried it.
You need the PC software which you already have,

Scroll down to the Headset App / Sena Smartphone App

I would add that the RideConnected app worked well when Rae and I tried it, once you were connected.

The BIG problem was that it took too much phaffing and arsing around to get someone to join the group and it seems as if you have to start the group over every time you stop or leave the group.
