reminds me to look into bar risers again, just watched the video and after 12mins or so my wrists and shoulders got sore.

There are no restrictions as to where I can go. So I could ride anywhere in Switzerland but with the weather we have  I shall stay at home. Most likely until mid March

that does look stunning, my mum and dad didn't go away often but they did go to sorrento once and raved about it and a hotel carved into the face of a cliff they stayed in. i guess lifes short and we should be doing/seeing these things on a more regular basis.

La Minervetta is just that - probably the best hotel I've stayed in. Certainly the best view, straight across to Vesuvius.
