Hello again...
« on: October 14, 2021, 09:22:29 pm »
I'm back to a K!  :)

Previously had a K1300R for 4 years (2014-18), took a sabbatical to an S1000R (great fun but always left me aching) and recently got a K1300S to slake the thirst for the K engine.

I just needed that smooth power back in my life!

Welcome back. A long way around move rom an R to an S. I'll be interested in your view of the differences.
Correct rear brake use is scientifically proven to shorten stopping distances in EVERY road situation.

Hi Joel and welcome back to the madhouse that is EuroKClub!

It's a global phenomenon, ex-members rushing back to join us once more. I think we should put the rejoin fee up  :D

Thanks - only had a couple of short rides so far, definitely seems to be geared a little longer, than the R but it's definitely a K!

Has my X/R on the way to 5 years, always makes an interesting comparison to the K, although still astonished that when the K stuck in 6th gear, rode from Shobdon airfield back to Birmingham, via Kidderminster center two up te boot 😳
