I have organised a trip to Cumbria August 5th 6th 7th 2016. This coincides with my birthday which is on the 3rd.
There are several people already booked some for 2 nights and some for 3. This is a weekend for couples and singles.
I have planned an interesting ride of about 100 miles for the Saturday which will take in an Ice cream stop a couple of coffee stops and a lunch stop.

Melanie and I will be staying three nights Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 5th, 6th, 7th August.

I have spoken to Helen Benson the owner of the hotel and she is prepared to give us a discount of £5 per room per night.
Which make it £70 per night for a Double or twin and £50 per night for a single.
We have no reserved rooms so this is on a first come first served basis. At the moment there are no other events booked at the hotel for that weekend.
 
How to Book
Ring the hotel direct and tell them that you are with Mr. Sewells party and they will apply the discount.
I have just booked our room and no payment was taken so I will assume it will be the same for all of us.
So there is no immediate outlay, payment will be taken when you stay.
