Funny that, cos all the groups I ride with the guy at the front is the one who isn't riding at the pace he wants . If he did, you'd never see him after the first set of lights or group of cars or even the average town.
Now, they aren't all goodie two shoes out there and I don't ride with some groups I used to cos they were all loons who didn't know, well, anything really!
Keeping a group together while making progress is a skill and an art and when done properly it makes me smile, especially as I am normally tail-end Charlie, and still playing catch-up
