So Ocean helpfully fitted my new discs to the front wheel, transferring over the tyre,  the ABS ring , the and TPS, and put in the new pads all as part of the service, and charged me, wait for it, £22.50. Finally, being a regular customer pays off. Despite the advice that the discs would have integral floating bobbins, it turned out they weren't, see below. The original discs turned out to be Brembo too. The bend in the wheel is nowhere near as bad as the last one, if you look closely below the stripey tape. So we are running twotone for a while until I get the bend straightened. Not that you can see it under the layer of 2 weeks worth of mud at the moment

The ones I see are floating ones , why they say they aren't? And are you meaning that the new ones are not ?

They are all floating, but the early original equipment ones were apparently fitted with integral bobbins and I was expecting mine to be so, but they weren't.
