Mountain Bikes

Whilst we are on the theme of all things modern, at the start of the year thought things would be as bad as they are and swapped conventional peddled mountain bike for electric. I went Turbo Levo (Speacilized) and my darling wife went Whyte 150s which recently go ditched for the latest Cube done well over a thousand miles this year, not quite 170hp motorbike but great fun all the same.

Very nice.

Have to say that at the moment electric bikes are not for me. I like to pedal my bikes without any assistance.
As I have grown older, I've learned that pleasing everybody is impossible, but pissing everyone off is a piece of cake.

The way it used to be... we’d cycle for half an hour and i’d Spend 10 minutes waiting for my other half, after much homework and trawling of the net bought our first electric bike, as we are walking out of the shop...guy says to my wife ‘Don’t let him try your bike he’ll be back within a week’ he was wrong cuz it was 3 days  :), and that 10 minutes is now 10 seconds so everyone is happy  ;D

But jeez the Shimano/Bosch/Brose debate is a difficult one.
