I don't think he was 'really' apologising Rae, I think he was saying you were thick for not understanding him in the first place  8)

Hahaha oh no! I was in earnest!  My thinking at the time was I wonder how many here have watched that show as much as me... look don't worry about it, I'll explain it all in my book :p.
