There are times I wish my K1600 sport had hill start , uphill reverse camber tight junctions are just one of them with a 700lb bike and short legs.

Okay, but hardly a fair comparison, the ZZR with the RT! Besides, you can only use so many of those Bavarian 'horses'....even on the autobahns! ;)

I went to book my service for my K1600GT and started talking to the Salesman again.  ::)

A good deal at the moment on some bikes with the Comfort Pack being thrown in free (ESA, Keyless, Alarm and Central Locking, and auto Spot Lights). And it has ABS Pro which works in corners and a slightly dubious "Dynamic Brake Light".

I have to say I am quite liking the colours:

can I offer you a seat at my desk Sir :) .... seriously give me a call

Talk about 'win-win'!

C'mon Simon, call the man, it ain't everyday you get an offer from an honest salesman who's in business to do business and is looking to do more  8)

I don't understand this bit. Why do I need it? I'm quite adept at hill starts.
Answers on a postcard, please...

Its probably one of the best new features of the bike. Like you, I just thought it was a gimmick but it is really useful. I put it on when ever I stop - both feet on the floor and don't need to hold the front brake.
