Help on photos please

Can someone give me and idiots proof guide on how to post pictures ??? I have tried it on my phone on my computer and it just says file to large  :-\
I have tried linking them in from Dropbox, but still no joy help please

Need to fix that how to section , propose to divide it in two one for the site one for the bikes, was looking for those instructions for more than an hour.
