Shell, too good to be true?

OK folks I stumbled across this site while looking for believe it or not, decking oil. Anyway they have Shell 4T 10w 40 for an amazing price, does anyone have experience of Shell motorcycle oils? I normally use Castrol Power 1.

Being a major brand I assume they are as good as the next, or are they.

Take a look and give me your thoughts.

It all comes from the same carboniferous period. Period  8)

No VAT is the first point. Or period, if you're from the US.
Then delivery, and you're up to £27.95 for 4 litres.

Opie (well known to us) is cheaper at £25.95, but only if you go via eBay, and not their store:

I bit the bullet and ordered
Shell Advance 4T AX7 10W-40

1 x 1Lt

Seems like a deal to me

Have used it for years in my XT660,955 Tiger,R1100s and still do but it’s an old oil for old motors, reckon the others would have a cardiac arrest if I put that treacle in  ;D
