New companion for my K1300S
« on: October 06, 2019, 11:45:18 pm »
This year I made my last visit to Iceland and therefore the CCM had to go.

What would I replace it with?

Well this is the new companion for the K1300S.

I hope they get on well together.
As I have grown older, I've learned that pleasing everybody is impossible, but pissing everyone off is a piece of cake.

Good work, that man!
The K is going I guess? Or are you going to be keeping the stable, so to speak?

Thanks :). It's quite mad.

The K stays for now, don't think I want to 'spoil' the S feeling by commuting on it. Plus it might end up sitting on slicks if I go completely mad!

Nice bike Matt.  :) And still young enough to mount it with no pain. Enjoy.

Too late for most of us old farts.

Two very nice combinations,  both proving the n+1 formula for the number of bikes a person needs.
Correct rear brake use is scientifically proven to shorten stopping distances in EVERY road situation.

I think, from reviews, etc, apart from the peg height, it's a comfy bike.
Matt will no doubt tell us!

Does it take panniers, Matt?

And not forgetting Tom - correct spec & colour scheme. Tick.
Like the 'ring sticker too. ;D
