Could you try Five’s TFX1 gloves for size? They looked relatively slim to me—except for the forearm armour, although Five claims “its dual-fastening system with a V-shaped band and Velcro allows for ultra-precise adjustment over or underneath the sleeve of your jacket.”

Have you seen MCGearHub’s TFX1 review?
https://www.mcgearhub.com/motorcycle-gloves/best-safest-motorcycle-gloves-ce-level-2-buying-guide/#Five-TFX1-GTX-gloves

MCGearHub is more informative than the Five TFX1 video. Why are most manufacturers' videos entirely uninformative?

I have two pairs of Five gloves so I know I'm 3XL / 13. The trouble is the TFX1 seems to be quite a rare glove in the UK (plenty of Euro sellers, but returns would be 'fun'), and at £180-220 I do really need to try them on before blowing the dosh.

That sounds like the beginnings of a trip to Euroland Rich  ;)

You can buy Five TFX1 gloves from Hideout’s online shop:
https://www.hideout-leather.co.uk/product/five-tfx1-gtx/

Considering Hideout’s customer service, I expect returns (if you need it) would be straightforward. Motolegends also sells the TFX1, but I’d much rather give my money to Hideout.
