Don't let this dashcam-story be the cause why you wouldn't go ride in Austria, as you're missing out (but that's a slightly off-topic remark).

I'm impressed by how enlightened some other European countries are, and disappointed by how backward the UK is.
Correct rear brake use is scientifically proven to shorten stopping distances in EVERY road situation.
