Well, got a good trade in against a low mileage 2017 Euro4 S1000XR - slightly reworked compared to the Euro3 version and doesn’t vibrate as bad, and signed the paperwork. My first non K bike for seven years - still got the K16GT for two up or when carrying luggage etc.
A bit sad to see the K13S go, but the XR is stunning, and is very angry
No shaft drive or funny front end, so lots to get used to again.
I will be stripping the K13S back to standard so will have lots of bits which I will offer up here before e-baying them (will put the up in the for sale section on here); panniers, rack’s, seats, handlebars, Quill ehaust and Booster-plug, satnav holder (BMW) etc.
