MoT; certainly sir, that'll be a failure.

Pin-holes in exhaust headers, £600 for dealer to fix.

So, anyone got a set of K1200 S headers hiding under their bed?

I haven't priced the part at BMW yet. Real OEM is $1,000.

Neither Motorworks, Sherlocks nor eBay have any. Well, eBay US has a set.

So the exhaust pipe, the plural pipes confused us all.
Obviously you haven't kept the original?
Will check, I know a friend who has the original from his K1200R Sport. And get back to you asap.
Costas, apart from saying hi, says no luck the one we found at the garage from a K1200R, has a huge bent from a fall obviously.
Will you consider getting a new one?

I'm confused Costas. It is the set of down pipes (4 into 2 into 1) that I need. I have the original, it is still fitted to the bike and has holes in it.

No one in UK has a set.. £580 new from BMW!

I have found a set off a K12R in US for £220 incl. shipping.

I'll wait to hear about the one from your friend.

Sadly not although I have a connection in Germany but most can communicate in English what you do have to ask is about them posting to the UK some do and some don't.

OK Guys, relax, I bought the one from Germany.

Too good a bargain to miss at 142 Euros and it was the correct part no.

Tried to call them, figuring they would speak English but can't get the phone to connect to their numbers.

Still, I've got a Paypal and ebay confirmation and it will be here, hopefully before the old MoT runs out.

How strange using USPS the man fm US will post the item for 21 USD delivered here in 14 days.
The German needs 46 Euros to post and deliver here in 12 days.
For the record just received via DHL a package 200grams fm HORNIG Germany after 13 days, for that was charged 11,68 euros postage and handling.
How much was the postage Brian?
