we trick for very low batteries, a lot of you probably know anyhow, get another battery and put the two of them on the charger, the charger won't work if the battery is showing too low a voltage so the second battery ups the voltage reading and the charger works as normal. leave it like that for a few hours then remove the assist battery and things should be ok ...unless your battery is goosed in which case your battery is, ... well, goosed.
i know little or nothing on the lithium batterys so thats definitely at your own risk but lead, agm or gel this will work with. if you're charging agm or gel without a smart charger be sure to use the trickle charge only, they don't like high voltage.
