Get well soon and don't try to push yourself before you feel ready.  It can be quite a slow road to recovery,  I spent a week in hospital with pneumonia when I was in my early thirties. 

All I can remember is that when I got back home I used to sleep for a good 10 hours every night with 2 or 3 separate hour naps during the day.  This went on for at least 2-3 weeks.  Very unlike me as I was always on the go ( with 3 young children and full and part time jobs)
