They say won't be updated but they mean it's cancelled yeah?
If so: god damn! The whole point of forced induction in the last ten years has been to meet emissions standards!

And double god damn my redundancy money just told me to use it to buy a H2 SX SE before they all gone!

Which reminds me, mother said there's a new series of Grand Designs with a bunch of gits on it.

Oh well. Back to the drawing board... >:(

Interesting the way MCN refers to the H2 demographic as the supercharged brigade. Nothing to do with the supercharger, merely the performance package. It is a super-sports tourer...

Great news. The Germans had more of the same pictures.

Hurrah! :D

What do we spy? Main thing I noticed was the BMW-style full TFT dash. Given humans, that'll be a selling point. Though I think the existing bit of both is just fine, so it's not like the XR for example where the old one was size 6pt font.

Now, if it could just be a little less than 20 flipping grand. We aren't all PCP loving!

Considering how well satnavs generally work in tunnels, my first thought was how well this could ever work in any longer tunnel. I may be too sceptical...

oops I forgot to read the words!

Well, my thoughts are:

1. Our type of bikes (shush) are long enough that one end of the other will always be outside the tunnel :P
2. Re lack of signal it's just an if (gps_sats < 7) { default to normal behaviour }.

> Kawasaki have previously applied for a patent for a camera system that scans the road ahead to prepare the bike’s electronics for what’s to come.

Will the system account for cars pulling out? :o

This 'extra help' stuff doesn't really grab me for a couple of reasons:
- I should be wide awake enough to know what's coming
- to have a noticeable effect the dynamics of the bike may change too much, upsetting my opinion of the input needed to negotiate the hazard

I've never tried a auto-dynamic suspension bike though, so I'll reserve judgement!

I hope it isn't, but it feels like the gradual move, like has happened with cars, where everyone is moving in an orderly line, half asleep, not aware, not engaged, and definitely - hey France :( - no filtering. And probably no overtaking. Not because of law but because everyone is asleep together.

Bike scrappage scheme anyone? :/
