Fitted this yesterday - so easy and it looks just like OEM.

Should prevent problems I have had with adaptors falling out of the DIN socket..

Costs £35 including postage.

There would still be cables flapping around in the breeze rubbing against paintwork if you were charging a phone in your tank bag for example. I would rather have USB sockets near the tank and bars.

I have the optimate dual USB DIN one and it is plug and play.  Also useful in that I can route a long cable under the tank area into the headstock region for chargification of the phone/GPS/WAZE device.

Yeah I did something similar on my old F800 if I remember correctly. At least I remember routing cables somewhere!
