If you promise not to try and cremate me how about Sunday afternoon, 23rd?

I was just reading about the functions it can do and the stuff about synchronization of them throttle bodies sounds interesting.  Along with the other bits in the Emergency menu or whatnot.

Hmm! Don't believe everything you read ont'internet. Throttle synch is a GS bike function, not a K bike function. No adjustments on the TB's and no vaccuum take-offs either (except on very early 12's but still no adjustment  ::)

Bear in mind that we are limited to the mobile functions, the service and maintenance functions on the enthusiast version requires inputting your VIN number and the device is limited to 10 and I've used three already  :o

See you at the weekend.

I've tracked my mpg for 994 miles.

Average 47.0 mpg.

Best 52.2 mpg.

Worst 43.8 mpg.
As I have grown older, I've learned that pleasing everybody is impossible, but pissing everyone off is a piece of cake.

About the same as mine then. I'm sure there is something wrong with Matt's bike, as to whether we ever find out quite what is another matter altogether.

Funny you say that Costas, I did get to wondering about that the other day.  But then I spent a good amount of time and litres by Nottingham the other day and it made no difference.

I'm going to Wales for a week next month though, so I'll see how Welsh petrol does ;).  I liked Welsh water when I lived there!

Thanks for that Tom.  It's good to see your worst is still better than my best.  But also sad as per my latest "Mid April" entry on original post, as we're about out of options :(.

Yes the infamous plastic quick coupling connector, notorious to brake in southern Europe . Note a leak fm its upper side would result in petrol loss without trace do to evaporation.
Was this bike went through the pump replacement recall?

My K12 only started to leak AFTER the pump flange recall, they buggered the old 'O' ring and did NOT fit a new one  >:(

Didn't I read somewhere a chap mixing 5 litres of petrol to one litre of diesel that improved his mpg by quite a percentage.  ;)

Bike is 2015 so I believe it's fine.  Internets says 2011/2012 was when that ended.

O-ring leakage... will have to work out where I should be looking!
