Here's the video on my experiences fitting this kit. Not a good video even by my low standards ::) - I wasn't feeling well at the time - , but it does show what is involved.

Not entirely impressed by the design, but it does make a huge difference in comfort and access to the controls.

Would have been easier and cheaper to have a quiet word in your surgeon's ear and get your feet modified Dave  ;D
