Soft bag retaining straps
« on: May 20, 2019, 04:48:31 pm »
Hello everyone, just a quick question...

Does anyone know if the retaining straps are still available to buy? I need to replace a couple.

Apologies if this is in the wrong section

Many thanks

If you mean the straps that come loose with the bag I have a few spare here in Amsterdam that I can bring home if you fancy a falmouth run.

That would be good, and I’m overdue a Cornwall run. Have you got 2 short and 2 medium? Also, how much do you want for them?

For a split second I was very impressed - a Cornwall run is a bloody long way. Oh, hang on, check the authors name again.
A bit like a Northampton run for me.  ;D

That would be fantastic. I’ve done the same with some van windows I no longer need. I’d rather someone use them than either throwing them out or storing them.

What I will do is make a donation the the local air ambulances, Devon and Cornwall

They’ll do just fine. When are you back in Cornwall?

They're in the bag to bring back
As long as they don't get confiscated in security....

Hello fjtwelve, I’m able to come down today or any day this week as I’m now off for two weeks. I’m heading over to Normandy for the D-Day anniversary though

I'm back in Holland, back home Thursday to Sunday with a few meetings to do. Alternatively I'll be driving down from Bristol airport on Wednesday evening and could meet you en route
