We should start a combined pool of lock wafers so those that need to rekey their barrels could just ask for those numbers they need and in return donate their unused wafers back into the pool!

I have two packs of followers from the two locks that came with the new cases back in 2016.

Assuming that both locks came with the same set of followers, I can't figure out how I now have different numbers of each size in each packet. Luckily it all worked OK.

Indeed! But I'd much rather faff around with lock cylinders than valves. For a start they're much easier to get to  ;)

I seemed to have an odd amount of numbered wafers in the single pack I bought but I tried not to overthink it like I would for everything else!  ;)
