Tyre cupping, feathering problem

And the uneveness left to right - I think there were two hypotheses:
- camber (a theory that coud be easily proven/disproven by some US/Euro members telling us their experience - is it the left side that's worn most?)
- and the other can't remember. Rats. 

Is it that where we drive on the left, every left hand corner is shorter than every right hand corner, which adds up over the life of a tyre?

I had noticed the same some time ago. Looking again at my back tyre a little closer now, shows the same kind of edges (sharp and smooth, respectively areas 1 and 3). At some angle (area 2), the sharp edge starts becoming smoother. I guess this is caused by more frequent (engine/pedal) braking starting at these angles. But I don't worry, everything feels normal, it's a great tyre after all
