Scala Rider G4, intensively used

I have a Scala Rider G4 laying here on the shelf, intensively used during several years (commuting, rain, hail, what have you). BUT still fully functional, just not in a sellable state any longer (because of "enough" signs of wear).

So anyone who can be done a pleasure with it may let me know, and I'll send it at your costs to your place, as long as you intend to enjoy it yourself.

Farmer, I've one here that you can willingly have if things don't work out.

It's a Scala Q1/Q2, removed a couple of months ago when I bought new helmets with fitted headsets for us both.

It works very well, and still has the originally supplied carry case that the unit was bought in.

No payment needed, however you would have to arrange your own courier to collect it from me, as I've quite a lot on at the moment and, whilst I don't mind putting it in a box with a label attached anything more would be difficult.

as i have the g4 in my helmet it would keep everything simple and swappable if i had another g4 in my spare helmet.

Farmer, I had also let my message know here (locally). A friend of my son said to be interested. Coming back here to notify it makes me feel a little embarrassed now that you are also interested. I hope you're not mad at me for giving it to the first person I've known to have confirmed ?

don't worry about it, if he doesn't take it i'm still interested if he does no problem.
i wanted another base to fit another helmet so i could swap my scala very simply. i did have a spare but the speakers gave up and in an incredible experiment i completely banjaxed them... but if it had worked....
matt stop making me environmentally guilty....ill plant a tree if it helps.

It's a good point, I've swapped my intercom plate a few times and each time I have to find the right allen key, get so far then have to find the tiny screwdriver too.

OK you need to feel even more guilty now and plant two trees as you've tempted me to buy a new plate for mine!
