The list of organisations who have some or all of my details and who have been hacked, is getting tiresomely extended! LinkedIn was the last one I can think of. Were I to stop doing business with them all, then mine would be a very lonely and old-fashioned world.
If you never, ever, ever want your details to be stolen, there is only one course of action; never, ever, ever give them to anyone. Including me!
That is because I, EuroKClub.bike, hold some information about you and we take no precautions whatsoever to keep those details secure; I wouldn't know where to begin. All of that security is devolved to our hosts.
If a thief wants your details, just like if they want your bike, then it is a case of 'gone in 60 seconds' or so! All of your details are 'out there' anyway. A seven-year-old with a phone could compile your entire autobiography in a matter of hours if they so wished, and that is without hacking anything.
By all means stop dealing with Motorworks, but don't blame them for their hosting company getting hacked, there isn't one in existence which is totally secure.
