Well it wasn't me, I don't do burger bars and today is a fast day.

Brian (who thinks life is too short to eat fast food)

It must be a pre season fast day or must loose some weight or I won't get into my leathers fast day.  ::) ::)
As I have grown older, I've learned that pleasing everybody is impossible, but pissing everyone off is a piece of cake.

All of the above! The 5-2 diet is the best thing since sliced bread. I eat and drink like a horse, indeed, sometimes I even eat a horse. There is no way on God's little green earth that I burn off more calories than I consume and I weighed a not inconsiderable 93.4Kg when I started this palarver.

I lost 13Kg in the first 15 weeks; call it a kilo a week!

I'm currently down to 78kg after a low last summer of 75. Winter is not good for losing weight and Xmas kind of gets in the way.

I have a whole new wardrobe, including an old one I had outgrown and God knows how much faster and less thirsty my bike is with not having to chuck the extra two and a half stone down the road.

Brian (who says 'try it you fatsos, you need to get rid of all that flab'  ;D )

Me too mate 78kgr (lost 8) after that long winder in the olive trees plantation.
i regret only that the leather pants of my BMW overall are a bit loose now.
So did all other pants but those can easily be replaced.
Embrace the wind.

Yeah, go on, rub it in about the olive groves.
