I wouldn't normally post these things, but this one beggars belief. Or was that buggers belief:

Darwin let him off by the looks of things. One of the advantages of wearing PPE - it saves you from dumb decisions.

Next time:
1. Remove the pannier
2. Ride the bike through, using left foot to balance
3. Go back and get the removed pannier
4. Oh, and actually strap your helmet on even when just slow riding
