Motobatt Hybrid AGM batteries. My MotoBatt MHTX16 arrived until this morning so I've just fitted it to the bike.

I've now got it plugged into my Oxford Oximiser 3X battery tender to give it a bit of a charge and see where it's at, voltage wise.

My question is - what setting should the battery tender be on when hooked up and charging one of these batteries? My previous battery was a Yuasa YTX14 and I just left the battery tender on the default motorcycle mode (denoted by the little bike icon on the display in the photo), but do I need to manually switch that to the tenders AGM setting? The MHTX16 is apparently 16 Ah, and the 'Bike' mode setting on the battery tender says 'For batteries under 36 Ah, so I'm assuming that's the correct setting to stick with?
Photos show standard 'Bike' setting and I quickly switched it over for a few seconds to see what the AGM (snowflake symbol) would show. Finally, screenshot of the user manual.

So you guys who have AGM batteries and hook your bike up to a battery tender when it's parked up, what are your thoughts?

Cheers.

A Yuasa YTX14 is an AGM battery too I believe so probably no difference.
