What have I done wrong? fitted one FIAMM horn nothing special just an ordinary horn one of two tone, worked ok,fitted the second one tested horns working proper, put all the Tupperware back tried them again all dash lights went out and came back on again, but no noise from horns.
Disconnected one all is well now.

Check the current draw, CanBUS may have shut it down.

Not got the equipment to do that, but seeing as it's working with one, would it be ok to leave it at that.

You only need a Multimeter and they are as cheap as chips with lots of Youtube videos on how to use them.

If the current draw is too high for the CanBUS you will have to run them through a relay or a Fuzeblock available from NippyNorman.

If it worked without the plastics off then it should work with them on...unless you snafu'd something putting them back on. Remove the plastics one at a time and test the horn etc.

That did enter my head Ph,but I am a bit scared of damaging the canbus system,I am a complete nug head when it comes that system.
I grew up with all the "older" electrics put a wire there and connect it up.
Found out something else I am worried about, will it affect the alarm system on the GTL?

You can't damage CanBUS that's the whole point of it, think of it as a digital fusebox.

If you plan on adding any more devices to your K1600, you could consider this:

https://www.denalishop.co.uk/denali-cansmart-controller-gen-ii-bmw-dnl-whs-11702.html

Can do some clever fun things with it as well as just control lights and horns. One guy has got his heated socks connected into the wonder wheel so he can turn the heat up and down  ;D

This is worth a look - shows the problems and solutions to CANbus:
