Great customer service from BMW Motorrad Central in Dalkeith Scotland

Had my K1300 S booked in on Saturday for the fuel pump recall.  I mentioned the rear wheel flange issue that had appeared in the press and they replaced that as well.  The technician then came through and said they had checked the bike over and everything looked OK except the horn was not working - so they have ordered new sets of handlebar switches for me to be paid for by BMW.  All work done whilst giving me free coffee and bacon rolls 

Great customer service guys - Thank You !
