Will the Nav 5 fit my colleagues new K1600 GTL? he is asking me.

Yes, Nav IV, V and VI all fit and work on the K16 - the 660 also fits but doesn't have the full integration with the wonder wheel and CANbus.

The only gotcha is the dashboard cut out changed by year as the screen size grew. I can't remember when the V came out, but I think around 2014? So any bike after that should be fine. The cut out is slightly larger from 2017 when the VI was launched but shouldn't cause a problem.
