Not sure these would work on a K. I had one on my GS and thought it a great bit of kit - meant I could mount driving lights without additional switches or programming.

Very old thread I know but it’s the only hit I get when I search for ezCAN and as I’m thinking of adding one to my K1300GT figured I’d keep everything in one place.

It does fit the K1300GT and these other models as long as you choose the F800 version;

F700GS – K70
F800GT – K71
F800ST – K71
F800S – K71
F650 (2 cyl.) – K72
F800GS – K72
F800R – K73
F800GS Adv – K75
K1300S – K40
K1300GT – K44

I’m interested because I’m looking to purchase a pair of rounded LED emblems as additional sidelights/indicators and probably a Denali Soundbomb Compact or Split.

Although either should work without the ezCAN it gives you some nice options such as a night setback illumination level for the emblems and a programmable delay of 0.25-0.75 seconds on the horn which means a brief press of the horn button will give me the noddy parp of the standard horn while a longer press will bring in the Soundbomb also.

I might also fit a Denail B6 rear LED unit to ‘brighten’ up the back end and make my intentions clearer. If you’re into strobing you can also program that into the ezCAN if required.

Also leaves me options if I might ever want to fit additional lights to the front which doesn’t really appeal at the moment…

I remember a guy on the XR Forum fitted one for his fog lights, and on his "spare" secondary socket he wired his heated socks in to work with the wonder wheel - brilliant improvisation  :D

That would double up nicely as a tidy form of motorcycle torture device in this weather:
'Talk! Or the socks are going up to 11...'
