Hi one and all
                    On the recent wrinkles trip Rich and myself delayed gratification of food and drink by sitting on each other’s bikes to see how different the handlebars are, the upshot being the slight difference of the bars on Rich’s S feel better for me so I’m after a K13S top yoke if any of you just happen to have one gathering dusk you would like to sell I and my wrists would be very grateful.

                 After taking my 13r over the Hardknott pass then getting stuck in traffic in Ambleside my bike, all hot and bothered wouldn’t start so after watching the world go by for ten minutes as logic dictated letting it cool down it duly started, first time ever......Ady

       Not sure where to post this so apologies if this isn't the right place, Ive just tried to log onto here via my phone and a message came up saying the server firewall is preventing my connection.  Its asked me to try unblocking myself using ReCAPCHA which ive tried twice with no luck, anybody know why  this is happening?  I can log on via a computer ok.

And I did just that however, (Commer inserted for Brian) I ended up at a mates in the Wirral 150 miles away so had the opportunity to check the mpg on a decent run and it came in regular at a tad over 48mpg.  THIS IS GOOD, previously same bike , same trip, same mixed riding was within a cupful of 42mpg so I’m concluding that now the engine is nearing 8k on the odo she must be loosening up a tad, I know she feels a little less vibey when I give her the berry’s. I’ve just acquired another K13s/r silencer which I’m taking the CAT out of as the K16 respond well to having that done so will see if the 13 responds the same.

I've been making the most of the good weather and during bright, sunny blue sky days I don't have the headlight on if I have the option and there's a noticeable difference with how motorists are with me.  It's like I'm more visible without the headlight on during these sunny days, they appear to judge my approach distance and traveling speed more accurately, even females ferrying kids on the school run are a joy to share the roads with and it's not just a one off either, however with practically every vehicle on the road having headlights on not having one on is probably the reason I get noticed

Started my new station this morning at 7am on a Sunday 20 miles to travel and hardly anything on the road so I’m taking full advantage of the National speed limit big grin on my face and then I thought ‘this is just like Tom Cruise in Top Gun going to his new posting on his GPZ’ yes I can imagine  Brian’s eyeballs rolling upwards and the rest of you shaking your heads reading this heh heh..... if this doesn’t get Brian to ban me I don’t know what will😁😁😁
