I got banned .. it seems I still am :D

it amuses me that all the time I was under the employ of a BMW Motorrad retailer I was banned from the GB Owners club :D

I got banned as well 😂 was rejoined the day after,the 1100s is still up the back of the garage somewhere 😜

I'll have to be less obvious when I rejoin again :D Get the 11s recommissioned and get up to the Welsh weekends!

If you are collecting them, we can organise a ban from here as well. I don't understand why I am the only person who hasn't been banned from this madhouse.

It was so good of Herr King to use a HUGE font just in case you happened to miss it… ::)

OK, OK! I'll ask! What did you do originally to get banned? I used to belong to the BMW Club (in the lat '80s/early '90s) Was it, by chance, repeatedly travelling at a speed in excess of 30mph on an open, national speed limit, roads? I could understand such a ban as I don't think I ever remember a club member exceeding 30mph, and you would have really scared them!

I did about 3 events then didn't go back.

It's the reverse of Groucho Marx - 'I refuse to join any club that would have me as a member.'. "I want to join because they won't let me."

Like David, I joined the BMW Club for a year. Ditchwater is more interesting and lively.
