Not a bad idea but how will be before the valve is ripped out of the wheel
Its not always the destination that counts its the ride, having a destination just stops you going round in circles.

I'm no expert, wouldn't the centrifugal force push the valves in rather than pull them out?

Rae is correct. He is the expert!
The only (minor?) danger is right angle valves, I reckon. There's a moment (force x small distance) if the valve isn't aligned in a radial direction.

;) No such thing as centrifugal force.  It's centripetal acceleration.  :)
Correct rear brake use is scientifically proven to shorten stopping distances in EVERY road situation.

True, but it makes things reasier to explain:
https://www.scienceabc.com/nature/what-is-centripetal-acceleration-what-is-centrifugal-force.html

A centrifugal force becomes necessary and must be added to non-inertial frames, such as a rotational frame, because it makes calculations much simpler, more convenient and intuitive.

...and...

In a rotational frame, it is as equal and opposite in nature as is the pull you feel when the vehicle you’re traveling in suddenly accelerates. The centrifugal force that one feels is just a consequence of one’s inertia, one’s tendency to resist a change in motion.

Many years ago (about 16 of them) when i went to Woodbridge doing high speed runs, we made sure the valve caps were the metal variety with rubber sealing washers in them to stop the air coming out of the tyres.

Ues, most folk think the valve core is the thing that stops the air leaking out, which it does at slow speed. But with the capability of modern machinery, the valve can open under wotsit force as the wheel rotates and if you don't have valve caps...

I happen to have a wheel with two valves fitted (don't ask) and took the core out of one and put the normal plastic cap back on and it held 3 bar with ease.
