Tomorrow 9th March
« on: March 08, 2018, 06:03:07 pm »
I am heading into East Yorkshire tomorrow, East Coast Motorcycle World with a mate, I have never been before but they have a cafe for coffee/tea cake and chat. Should be there at about 12.30-1.00 ish
you can find it here

It would be good to see anyone that can make it. I might even get the coffees in.

Try not to get snowed in Rae.
As I have grown older, I've learned that pleasing everybody is impossible, but pissing everyone off is a piece of cake.

Try not to get snowed in Rae.
The snow was all gone by lunchtime yesterday when the sun came out and steam was rising from my shed roof. Today is bright and wall to wall sunshine, the forecasters got it right for once. So anyone in East Yorkshire, pop along.

It's fair here, too.  A pity I am not closer to you, else I would have joined the merry throng.  May you all have an enjoyable and safe day, and I look forward to seeing the photo's!   8)

It was a good ride out, the roads were mainly dry with a few damp patches under trees and the Gravel Chucker had been working overtime. But all in all an enjoyable ride.
As you will notice Brian is correct about the pictures.

Just good to be on a bike, after a long winter?
Ride your bike until it hurts-and then-err ride it a bit more.

The roads around me are still deep in 5#/+3 of the salty sort and my bike ain't going anywhere near them till it has all washed away   ::)

Still, FJR's don't tarnish as much as K's so you'll be OK    8)
